I’ve been setting my shipping container up as a compact workshop. For bigger jobs I can simply move the work outside onto the hardstand area. I installed some LED lighting today which is self contained and runs from its own battery and solar panel. The workshop is completely self sufficient. I’m pretty happy with the result. A bit more shelving and solid bench area and I’ll be ready to do some work.
I’m really happy with the LED lights but I’ll need to put a couple of better lights in for close up work. Here is the container workshop at night.
I went for a walk this morning to check on my mooring. The island has loads of character. This is another little cottage in my street. It’s a good neighbourhood to live in.
