Garden gifts 

In my earlier post I mentioned how I bake a batch of vegetables straight out of the garden and then use them for a variety of dishes over the weekend.  Well tonight was supposed to be burger night down at the club but I didn’t feel like going and made use of the baked vegetables. This is a vege pizza with pumpkin,  zucchini, eggplant and capsicum, topped with mozarella and a little bit of chilli.  Beer and Pizza on a Saturday night after a day working in the garden.  I’m happy with that.
